Former Best of Boston Business Owner Joins Windhill Realty

Principal Shawn Cayer is proud to announce the recent addition to the Windhill Team. REALTOR Laura Rosenberger is a native Ipswich resident and recently returned after living and working in Marblehead for over 15 years. She proudly graduated from Ipswich High School in 1989 and from there attended Penn State University, where she received her degree in Business Logistics.

After college, Laura followed her heart and applied her business education to open an import store in the Old Town area of Marblehead. She and her business partner spent several months in Asia, traveling throughout Bali and Thailand carefully selecting and purchasing furniture, collectibles and clothing. After three successful years of business her co-owner followed her heart to Colorado to get married! Laura reluctantly closed the doors and set out for a new goal.

Following many more years of retail management complimented by set and floor design, Laura opened Piari Luna, a Best of Boston winning retail store in the heart of downtown Marblehead. As sole proprietress, Rosenberger specialized in vintage home furnishings, antique furniture and interior design. Laura’s successful venture became a uniquely branded destination for those in search of purchasing that ‘one of a kind’ item.

Laura’s unique design sense and superior attention to her customers translates easily to the world of real estate. “Buying or selling your home is a tremendously important transaction. I love to put people at ease and provide them with all of the information they need to make them feel confident and capable from beginning to the end. There is nothing more satisfying than providing excellent service.”
